How to upload any file using C# desktop application?

i want to save my files to database not to C: or to ftp. and then get it back save to desktop.

Can I first make the point that when you create a Bitmap from a file, the file will remain locked until the bitmap is disposed. So, unless you're wanting to resave the file when the application is about to end, you're not going to be able to save it back to the same file. Subject to that, you can use Image.Save: pictureBox1.Image.Save(someOtherFilePath);

I am working on a windows application that will store customer data along with image, I have done the part of uploading a image. Now I want to write a code that will work as like download link in web applications. How to save uploaded image data back to computer?
