how to use Transactions for bulk insert on sql

Hi All..

 

 I'm using transactions for every procedure for all CURD operations, but when m trying to upload data with bulk copy, which is throwing error deadlock,

 

 

Please suggest hot to handle theses deadlocks and prevent them.
