IIS 8.5 issues in 2012r2

1.Am hosted in my application 2012 r2 server and posting the values.

2.Posting the values in received from another 2012 r2 server.

3.Servers in same office and different domain,but not able to reveice the response from the second server response.

4.We changed "applicationpoolentity" and "networkservices".its working fine..

recommaned plz...
