Are there any universities teaching Computer Science(BCS)?
Im currently a student of Public Management but i wish to attend to a Bachelor Of Computer Science Program with distance learning(My current school doesnt provide that)
Any advice will be welcome

There are plenty of such univs but for a subject like Computer Science, which requires lots of hands on labs, it's better not to opt for a distance learning program. Instead, look out for any weekend/evening courses in your locality but in which you would meet the instructors face to face and also be able to perform labs reguarly. This is of prime importance. If your programs show errors in the early learning stages, you need to be able to have someone near you to help explain you what is going wrong and why.
One option: If the Distance learning course has a 24x7 mentor facility who can guide & answer your queries then that would be helpful.
I know several online course programs but not sure of any "degree" courses (like BCS) that has a good mentor structure.

I believe Hands-on-Lab can be applied in distance learning.Im looking for a BCS degree with distance learning which i can trust.
If i cant find any distance learning, im open to suggestions of BSC degrees in USA (not so expensive ones) who accept international students.
