I am developing a project for my local clients.this is a desktop project and developed in 2008(visual Studio).
I want to show data like this but in one one table and also from a single sql table.

Can anyone help me please?i surf internet a lot there are many ways but for web solution not in desktop solution.and not so specified.can you please give me a specific solution for this in windows solution?
