integrating map in c# using API

Hi, 

i am new to C# asp.Net and I want to load/integrate google maps in my web page and the main task is  marking on the map by giving Lat/Long. so once i give lat/long so the map should navigated to that coordinates and putt some symbol/label there and then save this imagery into the database.

 

plz, bear with me as I am a beginner so plz guide me from where to start.
