Hello dear,

I was asked a question on interview. So i need a answer for that question asap, can any one help ??

Que: How will you go about designing an application for a computer hardware service company with the following available information?

The information about the person/company logging the complaint has to be stored in the system. Next the details about the problem being reported to be input into the systam. The system should maintain data about all the service engineers available. The service engineers scheduled service visits should be available in the database.

The system should be able to get a report about when each service engineer will be available to take up the next service call. after looking at the report a user of the system should be able to assign a service request to that service engineer.

show diagrammatically the different classes that will be involved in developing this application.
