It seems to me something very complex for it to be something simple to do, but with the technology that exists today I would not be surprised. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?

I do not know what the laws are in India but either the law might require you to pay for the loss or your business will get a bad reputation. As has been said, you will need very much money and that includes covering mistakes.

For example, if you want to trade on NASDAQ, you must see what API NASDAQ offers to the public. There are some third-party paid APIs for trading. So, yes, you can do it by hiring some expert developers. I recommend hiring someone who is an expert and having them build a POC. The full system may cost you tens of, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
