Job change

Question

Aboutme :- I am interested in learning technology but being new I know only about two languages Java and .net.  

 

I am working in a service based company CGI and they have given me some non-techinal domain.I got some solutions based on that I want to ask something.

 

Sol1. Do java and switch as java has demand

Q1. why should i learn java.every second person know it. ???

 

Sol2. Learn Mobile technogies

 Q1.  why other company will hire me i dont have pratical exp. on this building application in

mobile world.

 

Q3 there are so many technologies like I have heard from your articles BIG DATA,PHONE GAP .......etc when is the time to learn and how we will get oppurtunities to work in these technologies.

 

 I am confused and dont want to follow the same path of every IT person.Please suggest !!!!!
