Launching another WebSite using WebAPI?

Web API is not an application. It is Just a Restful web service where we can consume data through http.Web API only will return data as Json or XML. If you want to redirect to particular google.com from your web api, you cannot do it. But you can consume Google API data from your hosted web api.  If you want to redirect to any other particular website, you can do it from your application.
