locking a window

Hello, I've created a WPF window. The user isn't allowed to move this window (click on the title bar and drag the window around the screen) but I don't know how I can do this. My screen has a fixed size of 800x600,so I can't maximize my screen to lock it. Is there anyone who has some experience in this?

If you are using WPF, try setting the WindowStyle="None", but you will also lose the border of the window and the minimize/maximize/close buttons

set the forms FormBorderStyle to None and the user will not be able to move the form
