Loop URL to download PDF file.

Hi,

I have a requirement to download PDF's which come from the following url.

http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in/Electoral_Rolls/Popuppage.aspx?partNumber=11&roll=EnglishMotherRoll&districtName=DIST_02&acname=AC_013&acnameeng=A013&acno=13&acnameurdu=013

When i browse the above URL , it asks me to enter CAPTCHA then i need to download the pdf that needs to be stored in particular folder.

In the URL partNumber=11 , i need to loop it till 100. How to automate it?

Please help me to solve it. Thanks in advance.
