Migrate Window Form application to WPF application

I already have a Window Forms application created using .net Framework 2.0 now the requirement is to have the same application in WPF 3.5 also so that we can use same application across window and web environments without any major changes (xbap).
 
Please tell me if that is possible or is there any other way to do that.
