Hi Kasun, Follow the below points:

Create quality videos.
Upload the videos frequently like once in a week.
Do not repeat keywords in the title.
Create a catchy, yet clear video thumbnail.
Create programming videos on topics that are hard to find on YouTube.

Following the above, I was able to run my YouTube channel.

Recieved four payments till now from Google.
