.NET CORE Solution Not Opening in VS 2017

I have attached the error messgae for reference.

 

Please guide. - Where am I going wrong? 

 In my machine, I have .NET CORE 2.2 SDK and the project that I want to open is made using Visual Studio 2017 and .NET CORE 2.1.

 

Could you please guide me on - listing all imported packages ? How do I find that ? 

 

The error that I am getting is - "

Project file is incomplete. Expected imports are missing.

"

Every medium project should be developed by various packages then bundled with a single file of execution.
 If you need to run a project that was developed long days ago you should keep a few instructions. Given below

• Check which Tool they used.
• Check version.
• List out all imported packages.
• If they used DB, you can keep running mode while executing the code.
• Check if all recent updates along with your project ,etc.
