Open Source Project in C#

Hi!

I have a website where I plan to offer some applications developed in C# for free. Due to problems that I cannot solve at the moment and have nothing to do with me, I cannot get a code signing certificate at the moment. So I decided to go open source, and offer the source code for the applications. But even in this case I think I am supposed to provide some link to download the binaries... How would you handle a situation like that? What do you think I should do? Thanks in advance!

Sign with a code signing certificate (installers, dlls, etc). A Code Signing Certificate helps to digitally sign software before distribution over the internet, so that you can prove that you are the author of the software...

Thanks to those who replied! I followed the links you recommended and had a look around those sites, but I still haven't found the answer I was looking for... What to do when you cannot sign your binaries for whatever reason...

Look for some applications on GitHub or Codeplex (https://www.codeplex.com) and provide the link of these projects to your sites.
