Parent gird items getting selected while selecting

Question

Hi

 

I have a parent grid and a child grid in it, while i tried to select the child grid row item, then automatically parent grid row is also getting selected and populating the row items in their particular controls

 

any help is appriciated. thanks for the help in advance
