Project on Virus

Question

sir/ma,
pls am having problem with my Master degree project, my topic is to develop an integrated free virus environment which means i need a to develop an environment where virus will easily be detected.
Please  my problem is how to get virus signature database with their documentation  to know the signature of existing viruses.This will make me to predict the operation of any virus.The one i saw does to have documentation
