Push notification using code first approach in asp.net mvc

Hi sir!
Sir i had search alot on internet about how to send push notification using asp.net mvc code first approach.

Sir actually em building my final year project, task is when order is place then it should notify the restaurant admin as well the main admin of the website.

I also go through your code of push notification but actually it is through ado.net model first but my project is on code first approach.

 Kindly help me sir about it, i will really appreciate your help.
