need help to optimisation .

And ISnULl(Org.CustomernKey,-99=ISNUll(ISNULL(Stg.CustomernKey,Org.CustomerNKey ),-99)

this setion of query running vary slow due to isnull may be.

and this is defind in where cluse .

data passing from stagind table to main but when this condition is check it getting slow .

so help me out replace of isnull or any alternative

Please try like below -
and ISnULl(Org.CustomernKey,-99)=ISNUll(Stg.CustomernKey,-99)

This condition seems do some useless work.

Maybe you can replace this condition as follow
And (Org.CustomernKey = Stg.CustomernKey or -99 = Org.CustomernKey)
