Redirect to next page

Why do you even embed the redirect URL as an input field, in HTML you can add an attribute; action, to redirect the user to a new page. For example this one, 

http://www.telepacificagent.com/forms/thankyou.asp">
   

The above form would be redirected to the page located at the resource in the action attribute. This is a simple way to redirect the user; alongwith the details that he has added to the form.
