Refactoring for free?

Does anyone know of a refactoring tool for C# (or NET 2003) that doesn't cost anything? I'm coming from Java/Eclipse world and to be quite honest, I don't know anyone could do without a 'Rename' at the very least. Does everyone using .NET 2003 or earlier still just copy and paste this and put up with it?

I'm afraid I don't know any free ones. Delphi 2005 and Visual Studio both have refactoring features built into them (if you happen to have Delphi or are willing to run a VS beta). Visual Studio 2005 express editions are free for download and right now, so is the non-Express beta which is available through the mail (though everyone's order seems to be backordered).
