route for partial view not working got Server Error in '/' ?

Question

Hi

i have do all steps in this link:

and project is working on angularjs 1.41, but the only problem i had - when refresh page like "http://localhost:51798/showstudents" get:

Server Error in '/' Application

 

 so please how i can make it works and when refresh get the same page again ?
