run setup required VS 2010 & Crystal Report?

I am create a setup file using Visual Studio 2010. In this setup file I used SAP crystal report. I go to install this setup file into another machine where .NET framework 4.0 already install then my setup successfully install. But crsytal report does not work. Error occure.

 

Is Visual Studio 2010 and SAP Crystal report is requied on this client machine?
