Send Mail with Html template as body

Hi everyone,

I am trying to send Html content in mail body also i want to replace the html content with my database values but its not replacing.

I found one best example for me here :

but its not replacing the html content with my database value.

can anybody tell me why its not replacing the values with my db values?

Any help would be much appreciated
