Should I go with bond as a developer ?
It started with 2 month back I lost my job was working with startup due to a major surgery as they denied to give me 3 month leave and now I'm looking for job and most of startups are paying out less and the one who are giving handsome sallary are offering me bond the reason they are saying out is I'm pursuing graduation please suggest me better way as I hold a 2 year experience in dot net technologies

Hi Abhishek,
As you mention some companies are ready to pay you less with no bonds and some are giving good pay but they have bond right.? And also you are pursuing graduation.
So ill suggest go with other companies who are paying less but with no bonds and also you are getting in hand experience too and the main thing they will allow you to take leaves during your examinations.
One of my friend has also worked in small company till he get complete his graduation. And now he is working as Technical Lead in one of the MNC company.
take wise decision. don't rush.

why u should give as bond.
try some other companies or think new...
