Signing tab or sn tool for strong naming?

What is the best way for creating a strongly named assembly?

When i use signing tab, it prompts me to enter password and not in the case of sn tool using command prompt.

Could someone help me to get an idea?

In my opinion the best thing is to add a password with .snk that makes it more secure. for more details about .snk you can visit the links :
