solve the same file names in datagrid

hi!
in my datagrid i use photo column. i insert photos it inserted.
but my problem is if i insert same file name images. previous image is replaced to new image filename.
but my aim is not to replace.
how can we do solve this. plz give a sample code, urgent sir.
