SqlDataSource with Ajax

Question

Dear Friends,

I am working with Telerik Grid.

That grid has dropdown column also.

In Drop down column i assigned Datasource as SqlDataSource.

 

I have a Ajax Method that call the Database and returns the Dropdown values in Datatable.

 

How to set SelectCommand of SqlDataSource to access Ajax Method to populate that datatable.

 

that dropdown is populating if I assign Select query in SelectCommand. But I need to do this through ajax.

 

weather is it possible???
