Store Procedure taken long time for data fetch

Dear Sir,

How to reduce store procedure excute time ? its take above 7 min and web page taketime 15 min to execute it.

procedure return 61479 data

1. How can one give you the optimized solution without looking at your SP's query
2. No one can read 61K data all at once (better show them like pagination, it loads faster and consumed less resources)
