Switching the company

As It is my first job.Since I have completed 9 months till now but in aspect of salary is not good here,as I am working in Product based company,mostly projects here is not at freshers levels so learning is not much here.The main problem that I am facing here is that is 3 months notice period.Ohers company mostly join within 15days or immediate basis.What should I do please suggust me.I am in big trouble as some financial issues are there.

Hi Priyanka,
As per my point of view you need to spend atleast one year in current company.

There are some reasons like:

1. When you started job, you joined with this salary. If you are not happy with this than you has to join that compnay which gives your expected salary. After 9 months you should not suppose to give reason about salary.

2. As you joined as a fresher you need not think about EARN instead of LEARN. It is a learing period. When you confident on your skills with experience EARN will come automatically.

3. When you find new job and they asks reason for leaving in 9 months, You have a strong reason other than a salary issue. Because they think other way like you will leave them also in 6 months for money.

This is my opinion, but you can think your self and do best.

Hi Priyanka,

Your skills is your value, people only value you if you have more skills.

First thing is resigning current job then searching new one is not currect idea.
if your confident about your knowledge you can resign your current job, meanwhile you can update knowledge and then start searching new job. since you have 3 months notice period you will get less call. so first be confident about current knowledge before resign.

my confident was too high i resigned all my previous companies before search new job, recently taken 2 and half months rest(eat tv sleep repeat) then applied they replied got job with 5 days!!!.

Hi Priyanka

As of my expereince i am telling accorodig to me , when you have a quality of experience you should prepare EARN instead of LEARN, One chracer make much deference in our life.

If think oueself how much you are strong in your technical skills and how much you are contributing to your company , for that your not paying proeprly means . In my point of view you have to switch the job.

At the end of the day you and your familly thats it . organazation always find better replacement of old emp's
