Sync Video over Lan

Hi There,
I am trying to sync 8 Computers.
I am using UDP broadcast to start a video movie on 8 clients, all the clients has movie files localy.
With the UDP breadcast I send a command to all the 8 clients to start the vodeo movie.
Some of the clients are not running properly, and have a delay of a sec.
What should i do in order that all the client would run at the very exact time?
