Am getting this error , what it mean and hoe to rectify this error?,Please give the solution.
"The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 550 must be authenticated"

by definition, this error is because you are not allowed to relay email through your mail server. please consult you network admin, and check if relay access for your IP is allowed.
if you have IIS and SMTP available locally, then please do try following:
1.) enable your IIS to relay for "127.0.0.1"
2.) then set SmtpMail.SmtpServer="127.0.0.1"
