Hello,

User Require Dual Language on his Website.

i used Globalization and Localization in ASP.NET instead of using Google Website Translator,

but user says to use

http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation3_x/frs/?action=FrsReleaseBrowse&frs_package_id=6404

i have no idea what is it ? and i cant find any documentation or other help about this,

Can anyone tell me ?

can i use this joomla language pack in my ASP.NET MVC Environment ?

Those are language packs, that you can use in your templates. Joomla team has a web environment where you they share more information on this topic, please review that here, https://community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html.

Secondly, you will find all of the help there... They also share the installation methods: Go to the Install Languages in the Extension Manager and from there you can easily install the languages that you need to use in your web application.
