validate textboxes to be non-empty on button click

hi my friends is there any way to validate textboxes to be non-empty on button click .... if any textbox is empty on button click change the bgcolor of that textbox and stop the button click event?

yes, in winform you can't stop click event if the validation fails. only thing you can do, if the validation fails then don't execute your regular code Regards, Iftikar
