Web Service Consuming

Question

So I wrote the following get but at this Line:

 

 OnlineTemp.TempConvert T =new OnlineTemp.TempConvert();

 

I get that the value cannot be null. I added New..I have no clue what to do..Help 

Line is found @ Online.cs
