What a Jr Developer do...

A developer studied data Structures,algorithms etc
,but in the professional side where is the use of this,in web &
windows application they start drag & drop,write codes ,
but i didn't see yet that he implement stack,queue ,BST etc in any development.

Traditionally there has been a difference between development and maintenance programmers. I assume that still is true. I also assume that it is common in all countries. Most programmers want to do new development so junior programmers are usually given maintenance programming since that is not what senior programmers want to do. After you have done maintenance programming for a while you will likely have the opportunity to write new programs as part of maintenance.

So what do you do? You say you want to do other things; what are you doing?

The way programmers role and definitions is changing, it is difficult to give work to Jr. developers. The problem is, sometimes a single line of code can affect the entire application. So the Tech Lead has to make sure that is taken care first.

The role I see for a Jr. developer is, say, we have a built a project or call it website. We need to build another similar website, then Jr. developer can learn from existing project and try to do the UI pages and get some coding ideas how it is done and do it. And the goal is to learn from that code.

It depends on the project you are working on and the company. The beautiful thing about .NET is the collections are already build in and for the most part that works. The other thing is the nature of business development usually sacrifices efficiency for scalability and many other aspects. If you were doing game programming or any system development you would see it more and more. Regardless of the field, it is a good thing to know.
