what if Blue Prism replace by new more robust tool

RPA is now one of the hot tools in market with its providers such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, and BluePrism, among this UIPath is used widely, if you have multiple skills it will be helpful for you and its not going to replace now, it will take more time but the providers can be updated one or new one but we can't think robots can replace resources.As a RPA developers you need to update yourself with on going changes with the technology in the market.
