Every business, small to big needs a software which automate things like 1.Lead generation . 2.Compaining. 3.Contact management. 4. Product management. 5.sales management etc a company always wants to make a normal people like us to their potential customer, also want to maintain this relationship in a long term. for example if you have a company then you will need do some kind of advertisement of your products , anyone who will see your advertisement and seems interested you will ask them for their contacts later your team will contact them , this is called lead generation and contact management , if your team gets successfull in selling the products to them then the lead becomes a customer then your company want a good relationship with him means a long term profit with him. a software which automates these things is called CRM system. Microsoft dynamics and Salesforce are one of them,which can easily be integrated with .Net app.
