why two projects in first chapter?

Read the second paragraph's lines (skipping first two lines) in my post. As already said, there is no need to create two projects. You can create everything in a single project, create a new controller and perform other actions all in a single project.

My purpose in posting here was to get my question answered, not to read offensive language of a rapper.

That is on-topic only in the context of his guide, outside that guide or the URL where that guide is, the question is pretty much unclear and no one else other than Joshi himself knows why he did that. 

 

So, I would like to request you to ask the question under his guide. He would answer the problem or your concern in a better way. Otherwise, if the concept was to create a controller, then he might wanted to explain how to create a controller. If you already understood that, you can create the controller right in the project you want to use. :-)
