You nothing to to anything. Since in C# Corner  huge number of articles has been submitted daily from all contributors. So our editorial team need to check those all articles individually for all possible steps like content, grammer etc. So sometimes it require more times. Once your artile need to editing C# Corner team will inform you via email. the same thing will also happend in case of Article acceptance or rejection.
