ASP.NET MVC - Microsoft Language Translation

Question

I have a web application created in ASP.NET MVC 3.0 & C# along with Oracle as back end database. I want to manage the language of the web site as per the culture information of the browser. e.g. if the person is in India then language is Hindi, or of the person is in Iran then the language is changed to Urdu automatically. The user need not to change the setting of language manually. Suggest me the solution how is it possible?
