Asp.Net RadioButtons

Question

Hi,

I Have 2 pages employee and ModifyEmployee...In Employee page i have to insert the values where in ModifyEmployee on selection of EmpId in dropdownlist i have to fill all the controls with values from the database,,,,while doing these operations,iam unable to retrieve RadioButton values from the database can anybody plz suggest some C# code for retriving the value of radiobutons from sql server database....
