Asy await Task.WhenAll is not working

hi friends, please find my attached code and let me know why the await function is not working,

The await code under HwSimulator and in the .cs file of DeviceSimulator

while running code click acq and later click stop button in UI

Sorry I got the answer, there i need to use Task.Delay(1000).Wait();
