Can i send an email to DL(Distribution list) using MS Flow?

The action "Get group members" asks me to login with Admin credentials. Is there any other way to get around this?

Yes currently it seems that its not supported in FLOW.
But there is alternative to achieve your requirement.
You can use action to get group members and then apply each to send email to individual member.

I know this will be looping through each member of group and if its more than 100 users in the group its not the correct option to use. But I dont see any other way currently. Or else you might want to try out Logic Apps with some custom development.
