Career choice
At present i am a web develpor and also pursuing my MCA, but after seeing present condition of web developers, i feel little scary and afraid to go further in this field. My interest is developing in AI ,but at present i dont have any good knowledge of AI and in future I want to see myself in R

If you are looking your career in your interested branch AI then no harm in it. Go for that. But, you should be prepared that there are less platforms(no of positions) in this field compared to others. Yes, pay is much more, competitors are less too:)
You can go for some professional AI courses that can help you better. MCA syllabus doesn't cover the practical aspects. Once you completed your MCA, you can try for Scientist positions by qualifying C-DAC's CST D or G level examinations. It will act as a standing platform for your bright or dreamed AI arena. Without failure fearing, you can keep eyeing for big jump from there into AI arena.

Future of web is very good because it will be always there but problem is that you have to be on top always. but if you are having interest in AI then start learning there are so many online courses on courseera,edx and start your career in that.
