Convert Excel To XBRL

I have an Excel file (.xlsx) existing in my directory which i want to Convert it to a .XBRL File.

i tried converting it to xml then to xbrl but i couldnt do the xml-->xbrl conversion

if anyone can help me out by a code sample excel ---> xbrl or XML --->xbrl that would be perfect.
