Crystal and VB Express 8

Geez, I miss the nice little icon in VB6 for Crystal (CRW).
Where did it go in VB Express and Studio 2010?
It's not in my New Item template, etc.
Not in my Toolbox.
Arrg - I just want to print some reports from within my WinForm app.

Any ideas??
