I am using IIS 6 for hosting an asp.net intranet website. I can create the website in IIS 6 with some alias. Now if I write the intranet website name in address bar in any browser window from any client machine in the network then it should redirect this to the webserver where I have created website. Note that all the computer is having internet available hence whenever I write the Url then it displays the respective internet website instead of intranet website.
What all steps are required to do this ? Is there some special setting required while configuring website ? Is there any special setting required on all the client machines in the network ? Please help me out.. thanks in advance
