I am working on an windows service application, which need to change the desktop of the machine for each 1 minute. 
 
For changing the desktop background I have used the below code and it is working from console application.

But when I used the same code from the windows service application and calling it for every 1 Minute using a System.Timers.Timer class, it is not working(Background is not changing). It is not even throwing any error also.
 
Can any one help me in this please?
